Experience Flavours of Country - a unique dining event celebrating the meeting of native ingredients and Great Southern produce.
This special evening brings together local farmers, foragers, and winemakers in a long-table dining experience inspired by Menang Noongar knowledge of Country.
Guests are welcomed with native-inspired canapés before settling in for a thoughtfully curated menu that showcases regional meats, seasonal produce, and traditional bush foods sourced from across the Great Southern.
Throughout the evening, Menang representatives share stories of Country and the ingredients being used, creating a deeper connection between the land, the food, and the people gathered around the table.

Stirling Ranges prime eye fillet steak; char-grilled with saltbush seasoning; tomato and quandong relish; rich demi-glace; served with corn and Warrigal green succotash and creamy potato gratin

Citrus meringue tart; locally made berry sorbet; toasted almond and wattleseed crumb
