Terms and Conditions of Entry
Welcome to Rustlers Steakhouse & Grill. By choosing to dine with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all patrons and staff.

All bookings for under 10 patrons come with a strict 2-hour seating time. If you require a longer stay, please notify staff at least 48 hours prior to your booking time.
While bookings are not required, they are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment, as Rustlers is very busy most nights.
Notifications regarding bookings may be sent via electronic communication unless you opt-out through the venue.
Special requests will be accommodated as best as possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Tables of 5 people or more may require a credit card pre-authorisation to secure your booking.
Failure to provide the pre-authorisation in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of your booking.
The value of the pre-authorisation is $10 per person and will only be charged if:
Your table fails to show for the reservation.
You cancel your reservation with less than 7 days’ notice.
Any or all guests are more than 15 minutes late for the booking time without notifying the venue.
You fail to notify the restaurant of a reduction in guest numbers less than 12 hours before the booking time.
As a courtesy, you agree to contact the restaurant promptly regarding any changes, updates, or cancellations to your reservation.
Pre-authorisation Holds: Pre-authorisation holds will be cancelled within 12 hours after your booking, provided no charges are incurred. Please allow additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
Surcharges
A surcharge applies on certain days to assist with the increased cost of staffing. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. These surcharges are applied to the total bill.Split Billing Policy
During peak service times, we are unable to provide itemised billing.
Bills can be split evenly by the number of guests at the table.

Patrons must adhere to all signage and venue requirements as displayed or instructed by staff.
Patrons with food allergies or dietary requirements are responsible for clearly informing staff at the time of ordering food or drinks. Failure to notify staff promptly may result in unintentional cross-contamination, which could cause a medical emergency.
Where food or drinks are prepared, served, and then wasted due to a failure to advise staff at the time of ordering, these items may still be charged to the patron’s bill.
Under Western Australian Liquor Licensing Regulations:
Rustlers Steakhouse & Grill reserves the right to refuse entry or request the departure of patrons at any time for any lawful reason.
Patrons must comply promptly and respectfully if requested to leave. Disputes can be submitted in writing to contact@rustlers.com.au and must not be addressed with staff or management at the time.
Patrons acknowledge that while minor breakages and general mess may occur and will be excused, significant breakages or intentional damage may be charged to their bill.
Treat staff and other patrons with respect. Any grievances with government mandates should be directed to Albany's State Government Representative

Patrons and staff are expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene as per WA Health Guidelines.
Practice good respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into your elbow or a tissue and disposing of tissues immediately.
Reservations are allocated to the best available table at the time of booking. Requests for specific tables or areas will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

All patrons are required to comply with Western Australian Liquor Licensing Regulations while on the premises.
Guests are expected to interact respectfully with staff and comply with their instructions. Negative responses to lawful staff requests will not be tolerated.

Third party information: You may only provide personal information about a third party, e.g. a partner, employee or significant other, if the third party specifically consents.
Your use of our Site: As with most online businesses, we may log information about your access and use of our Site, including through the use of Internet cookies, your communications with our Site, the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and the domain name of your Internet service provider.
Your opinion and feedback: We may contact you to voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or market research to seek your opinion and feedback. Providing this information is optional to you.

We rely in part upon customers advising us when their personal information changes. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
A request to unsubscribe will unsubscribe you from all marketing communication from us. You will still receive a birthday card from us, in the mail, around the time of your birthday. You can request not to receive a birthday card from us, by contacting us at contact@rustlers.com.au, with “Unsubscribe and No Card” in the subject line of the e-mail to unsubscribe and no longer receive a birthday card.
Complaints:
If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles and wish to make a complaint about that breach, please contact us at the email address listed at the start of the Policy, setting out details of the breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you in writing within 4 weeks, setting out the outcome of our investigation, what steps we propose to take to remedy the breach and any other action we will take to deal with your complaint. -

We store personal information in files both in material and electronic form at our premises or at secure archive storage facilities. We have put in place physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
Personal information is stored in password protected databases. We use 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology. Login and session handling is built in to the application. The file storage and database are backed up on a regular basis. Pages that deal with a user’s account recheck for a valid login upon loading, destroy the session and redirect to require a new login, if no valid login is found. If we are aware of a breach of security, we will notify affected users and we will cooperate with authorities regarding the breach.
No information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Policy.

Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Physical Vouchers expire 3 years after issue (despite old vouchers stating 5 - the additional 2 years are subject to owners consideration), e-Vouchers expire after 3 years of issue.
2. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
3. Vouchers may be exchanged for meals and beverages of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
4. Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and must be presented to redeem.
5. Gift vouchers defaced in any way will be deemed invalid.
6. Gift vouchers will not be reissued if lost; unless loss is direct cause of the company.
7. A gift voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. .
8. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another gift voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
9. We reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions within reason periodically.
VIP Gifts and Discounts

VIP gifts and discounts are exclusively available to Rustlers VIP members.
Membership must be active and verified at the time of redemption. -
Gifts and discounts are valid for dine-in only unless the specific offer explicitly states it applies to takeaway orders.
A valid VIP membership card or code must be presented to redeem the benefits. -
Discounts and gifts cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or discounts unless stated otherwise.
Not applicable to beverages, gift cards, or merchandise unless specifically included in the offer. -
Each VIP gift or discount is subject to the expiration date specified in the offer details.
Unused gifts or discounts will not be refunded, transferred, or extended past the expiration date. -
VIP discounts are not valid for takeaway orders unless the specific promotion or gift explicitly includes takeaway as part of the offer.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member whose name is on the account.
Rustlers reserves the right to verify the member's identity and eligibility for the offer.
Management retains the discretion to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP program or specific offers without prior notice. -

Rustlers Dinning Specials Terms and Conditions
🧄 Before the Rush Bite
Available 7 days a week for bookings to dine between 5 pm and 5.45 pm inclusive. Receive one complimentary serving of garlic bread to share for every two full-priced adult main meals purchased.
🍰 Sweet Spot Session
Available 7 day a week for bookings to dine between 7.15 pm and 8 pm inclusive. Receive one complimentary dessert to share from our promotional selection for every two full-priced adult main meals purchased.
Conditions applying to both offers:
Bookings are essential; the offer must be selected or requested at the time of booking.
Online bookings: Select the appropriate promotional tag; Before the Rush Bite or Sweet Spot Session.
Phone bookings: Tell our team which special you wish to claim so it can be recorded on your booking.
Your confirmed dining time determines eligibility. 5.45 pm is the latest eligible early booking; 7.15 pm is the earliest eligible late booking. All bookings must fall within the advertised windows.
Guests claiming Before the Rush Bite must arrive before 6 pm. Guests claiming Sweet Spot Session must arrive between 7.15 pm and 8 pm.
Bookings outside the qualifying times remain ineligible if guests arrive early or stay into the promotional period. Changing your booking time may affect eligibility.
Available for dine-in purchases of full-priced adult mains from our à la carte menu. Children’s meals, entrées and sides do not count towards the qualifying purchase.
Excludes public holidays, ticketed events, function menus and other meal deals or promotional offers.
Complimentary items must be enjoyed during the qualifying visit; they cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another item.
